## What it does

[OpenRent](https://www.openrent.co.uk/) is one of the UK's largest letting platforms, where landlords list directly without an agent. Our OpenRent scraper extracts every listing of a search (any city, radius, price range or bedroom filter set on the site), then opens each listing page to collect the description, deposit, availability, minimum tenancy, EPC rating, furnishing, photos and landlord profile.

A single listing URL (`https://www.openrent.co.uk/2992944`) returns that one property.

OpenRent sits behind an AWS WAF that answers most datacenter IPs with a "Human Verification" CAPTCHA. The scraper routes requests through our own IP pool and falls back to our unlocker when an IP is challenged: you only send the URL.

With `include_details` off, only the fields of the search page are filled (rent, bedrooms, bathrooms, location, tenant flags); the listing-page fields are `null`.

## Using it from the API

A search returns many rows, so run it asynchronously and poll (or stream the full result set with `GET /runs/:id/export.json`).
