# Connect Claude to Leboncoin Data — OpenScraper

## How it works

1. You ask Claude, for example: “Get the latest 3,000 flats for sale in Bordeaux and put them in an Excel file.”
2. Claude runs the extraction: our servers collect the listings from leboncoin.fr, even by the thousands (about 3,500 per search; beyond that, Claude splits the search).
3. You get the file: price, size, rooms, city… in an Excel or CSV file (download link valid 24 hours), ready to load into your database. With Claude Code, the import can happen directly.

### claude.ai and the Claude app (easiest)

1. Open **Settings → Connectors**.
2. Click **“Add custom connector”**, name it “OpenScraper” and paste the URL `https://mcp.openscraper.ai/mcp`.
3. Click **“Connect”** and sign in with your OpenScraper account.

The connector also works in the Claude Desktop app and on mobile.

Copy your API key (`sk_live_…`) from the dashboard, then:

## FAQ

**Can Claude access Leboncoin on its own?** No. leboncoin.fr is protected by DataDome, which blocks bots. With our MCP server, Claude goes through OpenScraper's infrastructure, which handles the anti-bot and returns the listings as structured data.

**Can I get thousands of listings?** Yes. The scraping runs on our servers. One Leboncoin search goes up to about 3,500 listings; beyond that, Claude splits the search (by department, by price range…). It then gives you a link to an Excel or CSV file with every listing (valid 24 hours). With Claude Code, it can also import them straight into your database.

**Do I need to code?** No. On claude.ai, you just paste a URL and sign in.

**Does Claude get access to my Leboncoin account?** No. Only public listings are read; you only sign in to your OpenScraper account.
